HPC is an award-winning national boutique HR and Health & Safety outsourcing consultancy. The business was established by Victoria Brown in 2007 with the vision to actually care about the client and their business. Victoria has been a business owner from a young age and understands the difficulties of trying to navigate through employment law and H&S whilst also running a business. She was sick of being just a ‘number’ by one of the large call centre operated providers. With her HR and Business Psychology background she decided to launch HPC and ensure that every client (no matter their size) is understood and receives advice and support tailored to their needs.
HPC has grown from strength to strength over the last 17 years, winning many awards of service excellence and proudly having a 95% client retention rate. At HPC we don’t client collect, we nurture and look after the clients that we have. We outperform the rest as our structure allows flexibility, which means we are large enough to cope, but small enough to care.
