We are delighted to announce the appointment of Claire McGuinness as Head of Operations at HPC.
In her new role, Claire, who has been a senior HR consultant at HPC since 2021, and was named as ‘employee of the year’ at the Women in Business Awards 2024, will strive to maintain our outstanding reputation for delivering the very best advice and guidance, and work alongside our team to navigate companies through the myriad of complex employment law changes, which the government plans to role out in the autumn and beyond.
The appointment enables our Managing Director, Victoria Brown, to focus on driving the continued growth of oneHR Software, an HR and Health & Safety software provider. Claire has stepped into the Head of Operations role, ensuring strong leadership and continuity across the business.
