sexual harassment awareness training

Sexual Harassment Awareness (E-Learning)

Course summary

The legal responsibilities of employers around sexual harassment are continuing to strengthen. Since October 2024, employers have been required to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. From 30th October 2026, this duty will increase, as employers will be required to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. New obligations will also strengthen protections against harassment by third parties, such as customers and clients.

Our e-learning course provides essential training to help your organisation understand and meet its responsibilities around preventing sexual harassment. It helps employees recognise sexual harassment, understand how to prevent it and know what to do if they experience or witness inappropriate behaviour.

Taking a proactive approach to prevention can help create a safer, more respectful workplace, while supporting your organisation in meeting its legal responsibilities. The course focuses on recognising and preventing sexual harassment, responding appropriately to concerns and understanding everyone’s responsibilities in the workplace.
